WallPair Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the WallPair mobile application for iOS and Android (package / bundle ID com.clipper.wallpair). WallPair is provided by an individual developer. These Terms do not invent a company entity and do not replace Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for the iOS app, where Apple’s standard terms apply.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WallPair, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

WallPair is a partner wallpaper-sharing service. Paired users can send wallpaper images to each other.

• iOS: WallPair may save received images to Photos. WallPair does not directly set the iOS system wallpaper. You apply the image manually (for example, Share → Use as Wallpaper).
• Android: On supported devices, WallPair may apply home-screen and/or lock-screen wallpaper using Android system APIs.
• Behavior can vary by device, operating-system version, permissions, and manufacturer.

3. Eligibility and Age

WallPair is not intended for children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age for use without parental or other authorization, you must meet that higher age. By using WallPair, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age.

4. Accounts and Authentication

You may sign in with Google Sign-In. On iOS, you may also use Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not share access to your account for misuse.

5. Partner Connections and Consent

WallPair is designed for pairing with someone you know and trust. You should obtain the other person’s consent before connecting and before sending images. Do not use WallPair to harass, coerce, or monitor another person. Trusted or “without approval” preferences only affect how wallpaper delivery is handled inside WallPair; they do not create a right to harass or ignore consent requirements outside the app.

6. User Photos and Content

You may select and share images from your device. You must own the images or have permission to share them. You are responsible for the content you upload and send. Images may be uploaded to cloud storage and shared with your connected partner as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not upload or send content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, harassing, sexually exploitative, infringing, or privacy-violating. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, impersonate others, abuse pairing or reporting features, or use WallPair for unlawful surveillance.

8. Reporting, Disconnecting, Enforcement, and Account Action

Where available in the app, you may disconnect from a partner and report inappropriate behavior. WallPair does not claim an active human moderation team or a built-in Block feature as a current product guarantee. The developer may investigate reports when reasonably possible and may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or create safety or legal risk.

9. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Where offered, WallPair Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing and currency are shown by the relevant store at the time of purchase. WallPair does not hardcode a fixed public price in these Terms. Subscriptions renew unless canceled according to the applicable store’s rules. WallPair does not directly receive complete payment-card details.

10. Cancellation and Store Management

You manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account / store subscription settings. Store rules determine how cancellation affects the remaining paid period.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility and processing are controlled by Apple or Google under their policies. Contact the relevant store for refund requests.

12. Account Deletion

You can delete your WallPair account in Settings → Delete Account. Public instructions are also available at https://wallpair.pages.dev/delete-account. Deleting your WallPair account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel store subscriptions separately. Current deletion removes authentication and account-related Realtime Database data as implemented; it does not automatically delete all cloud wallpaper files in Storage.

13. Intellectual Property

WallPair’s name, branding, and app software are protected as applicable. You retain rights in content you own and upload, and you grant WallPair the limited rights needed to store, transmit, and display that content to provide the service to you and your partner. Suggested photos from third-party libraries remain subject to those providers’ licenses and attribution requirements.

14. Third-Party Services

WallPair relies on third-party services such as Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, and suggested-image providers (including Pexels and Unsplash fallbacks). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their processing.

15. Service Availability

WallPair is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable due to network conditions, device limitations, store requirements, or maintenance.

16. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WallPair is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every device will apply wallpapers the same way.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of WallPair. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

18. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using WallPair and delete your account at any time. The developer may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect users or the service.

19. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will change when updates are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable standard terms, including Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where required. These WallPair Terms do not replace that Apple standard EULA.

WallPair Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları (“Koşullar”), iOS ve Android için WallPair mobil uygulamasının (paket / bundle kimliği com.clipper.wallpair) kullanımını düzenler. WallPair, bireysel bir geliştirici tarafından sunulur. Bu Koşullar hayali bir şirket oluşturmaz ve iOS uygulaması için geçerli olduğunda Apple’ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi’nin yerine geçmez.

1. Koşulların kabulü

Hesap oluşturarak veya WallPair’i kullanarak bu Koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası’nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Hizmet açıklaması

WallPair, eşleşmiş kullanıcıların birbirine duvar kağıdı görselleri gönderebildiği bir partner duvar kağıdı paylaşım hizmetidir.

• iOS: WallPair alınan görselleri Fotoğraflar’a kaydedebilir. WallPair iOS sistem duvar kağıdını doğrudan ayarlamaz. Görseli siz elle uygularsınız (örneğin Paylaş → Duvar Kağıdı Olarak Kullan).
• Android: Desteklenen cihazlarda WallPair, Android sistem API’leri ile ana ekran ve/veya kilit ekranı duvar kağıdını uygulayabilir.
• Davranış; cihaz, işletim sistemi sürümü, izinler ve üreticiye göre değişebilir.

3. Uygunluk ve yaş

WallPair 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Yerel hukuk, ebeveyn veya başka bir yetki olmadan kullanım için daha yüksek bir asgari yaş gerektiriyorsa o yaş koşulunu karşılamanız gerekir.

4. Hesaplar ve kimlik doğrulama

Google ile giriş yapabilirsiniz. iOS’ta ayrıca Apple ile Giriş kullanabilirsiniz. Hesabınız altındaki etkinliklerden ve giriş yönteminizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.

5. Partner bağlantıları ve rıza

WallPair, tanıdığınız ve güvendiğiniz biriyle eşleşmek için tasarlanmıştır. Bağlanmadan ve görsel göndermeden önce diğer kişinin rızasını almalısınız. WallPair’i taciz, baskı veya izleme amacıyla kullanmayın.

6. Kullanıcı fotoğrafları ve içerik

Cihazınızdan görsel seçip paylaşabilirsiniz. Görsellerin sahibi olmalı veya paylaşma izniniz olmalıdır. Yüklediğiniz ve gönderdiğiniz içerikten siz sorumlusunuz.

7. Yasak davranışlar

Yasadışı, taciz edici, tehditkâr, cinsel sömürü içeren, hak ihlali yapan veya gizlilik ihlali içeren içerik yüklememeli veya göndermemelisiniz. Hizmeti bozmaya, başkalarını taklit etmeye veya yasadışı izlemeye çalışmamalısınız.

8. Bildirme, bağlantıyı kesme, yaptırım ve hesap işlemleri

Uygulamada mevcut olduğunda partner bağlantısını kesebilir ve uygunsuz davranışı bildirebilirsiniz. WallPair, aktif bir insan moderasyon ekibi veya yerleşik Engelle özelliğini mevcut ürün garantisi olarak iddia etmez. Geliştirici, bildirimleri makul ölçüde inceleyebilir ve Koşulları ihlal eden veya güvenlik/yasal risk oluşturan hesapları askıya alabilir veya silebilir.

9. Abonelikler ve otomatik yenileme

Sunulduğu yerlerde WallPair Premium, aylık otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Satın alımlar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden işlenir. Fiyat ve para birimi, satın alma sırasında ilgili mağaza tarafından gösterilir. Bu Koşullarda sabit bir abonelik fiyatı belirtilmez. Abonelikler, mağaza kurallarına göre iptal edilmedikçe yenilenir. WallPair doğrudan tam ödeme kartı bilgilerini almaz.

10. İptal ve mağaza yönetimi

Abonelikleri Apple veya Google hesabınız / mağaza abonelik ayarlarınız üzerinden yönetir ve iptal edersiniz.

11. İadeler

İade uygunluğu ve işlemleri Apple veya Google politikalarına tabidir. İade talepleri için ilgili mağazaya başvurun.

12. Hesap silme

Hesabınızı Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil üzerinden silebilirsiniz. Genel talimatlar: https://wallpair.pages.dev/delete-account. WallPair hesabını silmek App Store veya Google Play aboneliğini iptal etmez. Mevcut silme; kimlik doğrulama ve uygulandığı şekliyle hesapla ilgili Realtime Database verilerini kaldırır; Storage’daki tüm bulut duvar kağıdı dosyalarını otomatik silmez.

13. Fikri mülkiyet

WallPair adı, markası ve uygulama yazılımı uygulanabilir ölçüde korunur. Sahibi olduğunuz içerikteki haklarınız size aittir; hizmeti sizin ve partnerinizin kullanımı için gerekli sınırlı depolama, iletim ve görüntüleme haklarını WallPair’e verirsiniz.

14. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

WallPair; Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play ve önerilen görsel sağlayıcıları (Pexels ve Unsplash yedekleri dahil) gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetlere dayanır.

15. Hizmet kullanılabilirliği

WallPair “mümkün olduğu ölçüde” sunulur. Özellikler değişebilir, kesintiye uğrayabilir veya kullanılamaz hale gelebilir.

16. Sorumluluk reddi

Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde WallPair “olduğu gibi” ve “mümkün olduğu ölçüde” sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma ya da her cihazda aynı duvar kağıdı davranışı garanti edilmez.

17. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Uygulanabilir hukukun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, geliştirici; WallPair kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zararlardan ya da veri, kâr veya itibar kaybından sorumlu tutulamaz. Bu Koşullar, tüketici hukukunun sınırlandırılamayan haklarını kısıtlamaz.

18. Askıya alma ve sona erdirme

WallPair’i istediğiniz zaman bırakabilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Geliştirici, Koşulların ihlali, yasal gereklilikler veya kullanıcıları/hizmeti korumak için erişimi askıya alabilir veya sona erdirebilir.

19. Koşullardaki değişiklikler

Bu Koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Yayınlandığında yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi değişir. Güncellemeden sonra kullanıma devam etmek, revize edilmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

iOS uygulamasının kullanımı, gerektiğinde Apple’ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi dahil olmak üzere Apple’ın geçerli standart koşullarına da tabidir. Bu WallPair Koşulları, Apple standart EULA’sının yerine geçmez.
